The librarians from the Jagodina Public Library held two workshops at the Ćuprija Public Library on 13th May. The trainees were students from general grammar school. They had the opportunity to learn about the basics of micro:bit programming within the Digital Citizen project implemented by the Jagodina Library. Since the Ćuprija Public Library implemented the project “Library ++” and received valuable equipment-Lego Mindstorm robots, the aim of the workshops was to use micro:bits and Mindstorm robots in an advanced level in order to improve trainees’ skills.
A protocol on cooperation between these two cultural institutions was signed and during the next phases of the project, both libraries can share equipment.
